The Georgia Public Defender Standards Council has two Contract Attorney positions open. Successful contractors will represent clients accused in cases assigned to the noncomplex felony division in Fulton County Superior Court. Contractors must be members in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia. Experience representing clients accused of felony offenses is preferred.
